Nothing helps beat the heat like spiked iced tea. This boozy brew is light and refreshing with a tart kick from the lemon—perfect for hot afternoons in late summer.
• Steep 4 tbsp. of Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus Tea in 4 cups of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain through a sieve, add the honey then set in the refrigerator to chill.
• Once chilled, pour the mixture into a pitcher then add lemon juice, whiskey, vodka and ice. Stir again to mix and chill.
• To serve, pour the mixture into an ice-filled glass and garnish with lemon wheels.
