TBSP. Pinky Up Earl Grey Macaron Tea
3 oz gin
1 ½ oz Lemon juice
1 ½ oz simple syrup
Infuse tea in gin for 2-3 hours.
Add infused gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to mixing glass with ice.
Stir and strain into glass rimmed with sugar.
Garnish with a lemon twist. Serves 2.
