Mocktail by forktofuel
Whether you’re looking for a brunch cocktail that won’t give you a headache or just a refreshing beverage for poolside sipping, this non-alcoholic Peach Bellini from forktofuel is the ticket. Made with frozen peaches and our delicious Peach Crisp Iced Tea, it’s summer in a glass.
1 tsp. lemon juice
¼ cup Pinky Up Peach Crisp Iced Tea, chilled
1 tsp. simple syrup
Non-alcoholic Prosecco or sparkling water
• Blend peaches, iced tea, lemon juice, and simple syrup until a smooth purée forms.
• Pour purée into a large coupe glass until about ¼ full.
• Top it off with the non-alcoholic Prosecco or sparkling water.
• Garnish with a fresh peach slice and sprig of mint.
