Citrusy, floral, and lightly herbaceous, this spiked iced tea is a perfect refreshing, warm weather drink. Make individually, or make a batch for a pool party.
4 oz. Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus Tea
½ oz. Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus honey syrup*
Splash of Lemon Club Soda
* Make Chamomile Citrus honey syrup:
Brew 1 tbsp. of Pinky Up Chamomile Citrus Tea in 8 oz. of hot water for 5 minutes.
Strain the loose leaf tea out.
Add one cup of honey.
Stir to dissolve.
• Add Bourbon or Gin, Chamomile Citrus honey syrup, and Chamomile Citrus Tea to a highball or other large glass filled with ice and chamomile buds.
• Top with a splash of Lemon Club Soda and stir.
• Garnish with a sprig of chamomile.
