Received the electric kettle with an opened box and a clearly used kettle inside. There was a powdery residue all over the electric base and the plug on the cord was dirty on the sides like dirty hands had plugged it in many times. Requested a replacement and after multiple emails from the unhelpful customer service, I was neither given a return auth or a replacement. Very disappointing. Won’t be using this company again. The kettle is very nice once I cleaned it but I’m not comfortable using it. An easy fix turned into me buying a second kettle from another company. Btw there is an Amazon warning for this kettle that it is a frequently returned item. Wish I’d known.

The tea kettle arrived quickly and was well packaged! I LOVE the color. I've gradually been changing over some of my small appliances to this light aqua (mint) color and it looks great in my Florida kitchen. I enjoy the ritual of making my morning tea (loose tea of course) and the beauty of this tea kettle makes it that much better. As per previous comments, I knew to have a small pot holder on hand when poring as the lid gets hot. It's heavier than I thought it would be, and just beautiful..It sure is an attractive addition to my kitchen counter ! (I used to put my other electric kettle away after use, but I love looking at this pretty kettle). Thanks for a nice addition to my tea making experience.
